How do I get an RMA?
All products returned to Raymar must have an RMA number. (Return Material Authorization)
To obtain an RMA #, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-747-1522, or you may email us at techsupport@raymarinc.com
How do I ship an RMA product?
RMA # must be marked clearly on the outside of the box. Please include a copy of the RMA form inside the box. An RMA form will be faxed or emailed to you from Raymar’s Customer Service.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of customer.
Warranty replacement products will be shipped ground at no charge to customers within the continental United States.
Raymar is not responsible for any damages to equipment as a result of poor packaging by customer.
Please use original packaging materials and carton if available.
Customer is responsible for insurance on products shipped to Raymar’s warehouse.
How do I Purchase Products From Raymar?

Quotes are valid for 30 days.
In most cases we are more than willing to extend this expiration period…however…be aware that prices do change from time to time. If your quote has expired, please give us a call and we can quickly update your quote with the most current pricing and terms.
How does Raymar’s Shipping Work?
All orders are shipped FOB ORIGIN / EXW (Incoterms)
Freight is prepaid and added unless otherwise arranged. We will be glad to ship your order on a third-party account.
Raymar works with most major freight and shipping companies.
Raymar Also ships internationally. Please ask your account manager regarding freight and customs requirements for your country of destination.
What is Raymar’s Warranty Policy?
Raymar’s manufactured products are warranted against defects in hardware material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from date of original purchase.
Defective product will be repaired or replaced, determination to be made by Raymar, at no charge.
Repaired or replaced products are warranted for 90 days or for original warranty period, whichever is longer.
Warranty extends to original end-user only.
